Susan Passmore

Susan Passmore, PhD is an anthropologist with many years of experience working public health. She studies ways to promote the ethical and equitable distribution of the benefits of health research. Her research focuses on the construction of researcher “trustworthiness” and the minimization of structural barriers to diversity. Through this work, she hopes to develop innovative and practical ways to support the inclusion of communities experiencing health disparities in science as a fundamental component of health equity.
