Position title: Clinical Assistant Professor, Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology in the Department of Medicine
Jon Leja, MD cares for hospitalized older adults as part of the Acute Care for Elders Inpatient Consult Service at UW Health. He helps patients make medical decisions and manage complicated health problems. Additionally, he is involved in medical education efforts to increase exposure to geriatric medicine and age-friendly care for healthcare professions trainees.
