Biography
Dana Decker supports initiatives to increase opportunities for Nursing students to learn about older adult health. She also promotes evidence-based tools and programs for the eldercare workforce that were developed by CARE and our School of Nursing colleagues. Dana has worked in long-term care, hospital, and clinic settings as a respiratory therapist, staff educator, and nursing home administrator. She has experience with Quality Assurance Process Improvement and a passion for improving older adult health and well-being.
