Laura Vergenz

Laura Vergenz, DNP, RN, is a clinical assistant professor at the UW–Madison School of Nursing, where she teaches across the traditional, accelerated, and doctoral programs. Her interests include integrating technology and advancing educational innovation to facilitate competency-based education, preparing graduates who are ready to deliver equitable, competent care across populations.

Her goal is “supporting future generations of nurses to become confident, competent, and successful in practice, especially for diverse and aging populations.”
